TS ICET Result 2021 – Normalisation of Score
The final score of the TS ICET exam is not the raw score secured by candidates by answering the questions on the exam day. Instead, the Kakatiya University adopts a normalization process for calculating the final score.
Normalization is done in order to eliminate any impact of variation in the standard of the paper across multiple sessions. The TS ICET exam is conducted across three sessions in two different days. Candidates are allowed to appear in the exam in only one session.

Minimum Qualifying Marks in TS ICET 2021
Kakatiya University lays down a certain minimum percentage of marks that candidates must score in the TS ICET exam in order to qualify it. TS ICET 2021 Tie Breaking Rule
Admission to MBA/MCA programs through the TS ICET exam is conducted on the basis of the rank of candidates in the exam. As such, any tie in the score of candidates is resolved as per the following tie-breaking rules.
- In case of a tie in the total score, the marks secured in Section A is considered. Those who have secured higher marks in Section A are positioned higher up the merit list.
- If the tie is still not resolved, then the marks secured by the candidates in Section B is considered. Those who have secured higher marks in Section B are positioned higher up the merit lists.
- In case the tie is still not resolved, then the age of the candidates is considered. The candidate who is older in age is positioned higher up the merit list.
