- The candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% aggregate form a recognized university.

SRCC GBO 2022 Selection Procedure
Candidates are selected on the basis of three criteria, i.e. SRCC GBO exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. SRCC will draw a merit list on the basis of the scores obtained by the applicants in the written test and will accordingly call the students for the further selection procedure. A limited number of candidates will be invited for the GDPI round in order of the merit list released for each category. After the GDPI round, SRCC will release the final merit list which will have aggregate marks scored by the candidates in all the three rounds. Check the weightage of each round in the table below.
