It will also give you an edge over your competitors and give you more time to revise your syllabus and practice more.
  2. Stay organised: You will be able to study at your best only when you are in a pleasant and comfortable environment. Keep your space clean and with the least distraction. Remove all the unnecessary items and keep only your required study material. Figure out the space that suits you the best and organizes accordingly.
  3. Create a study plan: Before starting studying, create a study plan. It will not only help in maintaining a proper study schedule but also gets a clear idea about the progress made in preparation and help in prioritising things. List down all the subjects that need to be studied, count the number of days required for the preparation and have fixed study hours.
  4. Revision: Revision is a must for anyone appearing in any competitive exam. We tend to forget the information we studied for the first time. So, it is very necessary to keep revising everything that is studied regularly to avoid forgetting the content. The more you will revise the better you will be able to retain in the exam.
  5. Practice: Once you have studied a topic thoroughly, it’s time to test that knowledge and the best way to do so is to solve the questions of that topic from the question bank or previous year papers. It will not only help you in analysing your mistakes but also familiarises you with the format and type of the questions.
  6. Avoid last minute cramming: Do not start studying anything new a few days before the examination. It’s better to start your preparation early. Cramming at last moment will only make you more anxious and stressed out. So instead of studying anything before the day of exam, cover all the topics a week before exam and review only the studied topic and sleep early. This will keep you refreshed and energised on the day of exam.
