PESSAT 2022 – PES University Bangalore has started the registration for PESSAT 2022. PESSAT stands for People’s Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test. PESSAT is an engineering entrance exam conducted for admission into various B.Tech. and M.Tech. programs at PES University. It also gives admission to various programs such as BBA, BBA in Hotel and Event Management, MBA, etc. PESSAT is an Online Computer-Based Test. PESSAT is conducted for 16 courses. Elgibility for PESSAT 2022

PES University has released the eligibility criteria for all the courses on the official website. The candidates have to fulfill the following eligibility criterion before filling up the application form which is as follows-

B.Tech50% aggregate marks in Physics + Math + Chemistry/Computer Science/ Electronics/ Biotechnology of 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board”. Test Scores in PESSAT (National level exam) or KCET (State level exam) or JEE Mains required.
B.A50% aggregate score in 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board.
B.Des50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board with English as a mandatory course OR At least 50% aggregate in 3-year diploma with English as a mandatory course.
BBA-LLB (Hons) and BA LLB (Hons)10+2 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board. Shall have secured minimum marks of 45% in the case of general category applicants and 40% in case of SC and ST applicants. How to Prepare for PESSAT 2022

Here are some of the tips and strategies which help in the preparation of PESSAT 2022. These tips are given by previous year toppers and exam experts.

  • The Candidates should make a proper schedule and stick to that. You should give more time to the subject which is of more weightage and requires more time in it.
  • Revise your 11th and 12th NCERT books
  • As it is said time management is the key to success so managing your time efficiently is also very important. Make a proper time table and see the topics and understand them.
  • Have a deep study of the syllabus and note down each topic and try to do every each of them.
  • You should understand the topics instead of just memorizing it. It will help you in the exam.
  • Solve as many sample paper questions as you can it will increase your speed.
  • Solve previous year question papers and see how many question you are able to solve.
  • Majority of the questions are formula based so try to learn the formular so you will not need to go in depth to study the topics.
  • Your Basics of Grammar should be very clear to get a proper sense of the language.
  • You can also listen English Documentaries, stories, Podcasts or movies. It will also help to learn new english words through it.
  • Read current affair and read newspaper daily to solve the general awareness section.
  • Do not use Calculators while solving the questions as it will increase the speed of your solving questions.
  • Take as many mock tests as you can specially before one month of the exam. Take more than 30 mock tests.
  • Try not to learn any new topic at the last moment as it will create a lot of confusion.
