OUAT 2021 Exam Pattern

For Under Graduate Exam:

Mode of Test: OUAT exam is held in the pen and paper mode.

Number of Questions: There are 200 questions.

Type of Questions: OUAT consists of MCQ type questions.

Language: The question paper is held in the English language.

Duration: The exam is of 2 hours.

Distribution of Questions: The OUAT exam pattern is as follows.

For PG and Doctoral Programmes

  • Duration: The duration of the exam is 2 hours
  • No. of questions: There are 200 MCQs
  • Marking scheme: For each question, 01 marks are awarded. There is no negative marking.

For M.Sc (Ag) – The question paper is divided into 2 parts which are Part A and Part B.

Number of Questions: There are 180 questions in Part A and 40 questions which are non-crop specific
Part B has 40 questions which are crop specific ie. Field crop and Horticultural crop

Important Note: Candidates need to attempt all the questions in part-A and any 20 questions from part-B.

Complete all your syllabus: Many exam givers say that almost all the subjects and topics are covered in the question paper, hence set your time table in a way that all the topics are completed in time.

About OUAT 2021

OUAT 2021 exam is held for admission into the UG and PG Agricultural and Technology courses. The candidates need to appear in the offline mode test for admission into the same. The exam consists of MCQ type questions from the subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology. The duration of the exam is 2 hours. The seats are allotted into the participating colleges of OUAT on the basis of merit and previous qualification.
