SVKM’s NMIMS every year conducts the UG Entrance examinations which are NMIMS-NPAT. This examination is for those candidates who want to pursue their career in different UG Programs such as commerce, economics, branding, advertising, international studies, etc. across the campuses. For admission, students have to pass the class 12th examination. Students who appear in class 12th are also eligible for this test.
NMIMS LAT
NMIMS Law Aptitude Test is conducted by SVKM’s NMIMS. This examination for admission in different law courses in the campuses. Students can get a chance to study B.A., LL.B., B.B.A., LL.B programs through this examination. Students have to passed class 12th from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks to take a part in this test.
NMIMS CET
NMIMS Common Entrance Test is conducted by SVKM’s NMIMS. This examination is for admission in undergraduate courses in Engineering and Pharmacy – at their Mumbai, Hyderabad, Indore, Navi Mumbai, and Shirpur campuses. If students want to take a part in this examination, they must have passed the 12th or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry/Vocational, and Mathematics.

The application form for NMIMS NPAT 2022 exam has been released in online mode only on the official website i.e. nmimsnpat.in. Candidates must check the NMIMS NPAT 2022 Eligibility criteria before filling up the Application Form online. Steps to download the NMIMS NP 2022 Application Form
Students can follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the application form.
- At first, Students have to visit their official website i.e. nmimsnpat.in, then the home page will be opened.
- Then students can see the “Apply Now” option, they have to click on it. Then a enquiry box for the application form will open, fill the basic details.
- Next click on the checkbox to accept the NMIMS Privacy Policy and then click on the submit button.
- After that students shall get their Registration Id and Password on their registered email Id.
- Then select the test category /school /Program/Preferences and then pay the application fee.
- After the successful registration, the candidate will get options to choose the test date/s and test center.

NMIMS 2022 Eligibility
In order to appear for the NMIMS 2022 Exam, candidates should fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria for all three examinations. The application form of students who are not eligible will be rejected by the authorities.
For BA Liberal Arts, BBA -Branding and Advertising, Bachelor in Business Management & Marketing:
- Qualification: Candidates applying for the BA Liberal Arts programme must have passed 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination in any stream from any recognized board.
- Marks: He/she must have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible.
- Subjects: Candidates of every stream are eligible for this course exam and they should not be more than 25 years old.
For BBA & B.Com.(Hons.) B.Sc Finance:
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 intermediate or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
- Marks: Candidates must have scored at least 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible.
- Subjects: Candidates must have Mathematics / Statistics or equivalent examination as mandatory subjects for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Bengaluru campus.
- Age: Candidate’s age should not be more than 25 years.
For B.Sc. Economics:
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
- Marks: Candidates will require at least 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible
- Subjects: Candidates must have Mathematics / Statistics or equivalent examination as mandatory subjects.
For B.Tech & MBA (Tech):
- Qualification:
- For Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Indore campus: Candidates must have passed 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board with English as a compulsory subject and Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry / Vocational subject at least 50% aggregate marks.
- For Shirpur campus: Candidates must have passed 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board with English as a compulsory subject with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry / Vocational subject at least 45% aggregate marks.
- Candidates passing Diploma Engineering with Minimum 50% is eligible to apply
- Age: The maximum age limit for being eligible is 25 years.
For MBA Pharma Tech (B. Pharm + MBA):
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB).
- Marks: Candidates will require at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible

For Bachelor in Business Management & Marketing Finance:

Candidates who have registered successfully by filling the application form and fee will only be able to download their admit card from the official website i.e. nmimsnpat.in. It is available on the candidate’s dashboard. Download the entry form by logging in to your dashboard.
Admission is made after the examination schedule. The entrance ticket shows the selected date, city and test center of the test. It is mandatory to carry a hard copy of the admission card. In the absence of which the candidate will not be allowed to take the test. The verification staff of the test center will compare the picture of the admission card with the person participating in the test. Therefore, candidates are requested to upload their latest pictures to avoid any confusion in the examination center. Candidates have to carry a photocopy of any one of the original identity cards at the examination center.

After the examination has been conducted, the official answer key will be released on its official website i.e nmimsnpat.in.The students will be allowed to raise any questions regarding the answer key. Students can download the answer key by following the given steps:

NMIMS NPAT 2022 Result
The NMIMS will declare the result of the NPAT 2022 examination. The authorities will prepare a merit list on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the NMIMS NPAT 2022 Exam. The merit list will only be made after the NPAT 2022 Cut off has been released. Students who have their names on the merit list will be called to the NMIMS university for person-to-person counseling sessions. Candidates will not be allowed to change their allotted course and college after the release of the NMIMS NPAT 2022 Merit List.
NMIMS NPAT 2022 Selection Process
The merit list will be based on the performance of the candidates in NMIMS-NPAT / NMIMS-CET / NMIMS-LAT exams. The decision of the Institute in the selection process will be final and no inquiries or correspondence will be accepted in this regard. Candidates should keep in mind that Candidates will have to update 12th or equivalent examination or predicted number after admission process. also they will not be considered for merit list if they fail to update the correct information in the online registration form. If it is found that the information given by the candidate is incorrect in the 12th or equivalent examination, the admission of the candidate will be canceled at any time and the fee will be refunded as per the prescribed rules. On other hand, candidates will be called for counseling according to their qualifications for engineering. Candidates will be admitted in different specialized sections according to their eligibility, preference and availability of specialization criteria in the counselling session.

NMIMS NPAT 2022 – FAQs
Ans. The National Test for Programs After Twelfth (NPAT) is conducted by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Sciences (NMIMS).
Ans. There are three sections in the exam. They are Proficiency in English, Quantitative and Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and General intelligence. Students have to attempt total of 120 questions in 100 minutes.
Ans. One mark will be awarded for every right answer while no marks will be deducted for any wrong answer. Hence, negative marking is absent in the NPAT exam.
Ans. Yes, the NMIMS NPAT 2022 exam pattern is the same for all the courses offered. The exam will consist of 3 sections only with each section of 40 questions with a total duration of 100 minutes to complete the whole exam. No sectional timing will be present.
Ans. There is no announcement yet from the exam authorities regarding the exam date. However, as per the trend of the previous year, it is expected that the NMIMS NPAT 2022 exam will be held in the 4th week of June 2022.
Ans. The student can select at most 2 cities while doing the registration for NMIMS CET 2022
Ans. As per the eligibility criteria, the age limit for the candidates is 25 years. Candidates above the age of 25 years are not allowed to appear for both NPAT and CET exams.
Ans. The merit list will be declared after the examinations. Candidate can login and check their result.
Ans. If the candidate submits the admission form for another program, he/she will get deregistered from the previous program and the fees will be adjusted. The system will ask the candidate to pay the difference.
