Latest – No Changes in NEET Syllabus 2021: Ministry of Education has published an official press release clarifying that there will not be any changes in the syllabus for NEET 2021. However, there may be changes in the exam pattern to compensate for the syllabus reduction in CBSE and other boards.

About NEET Syllabus 2021
The syllabus for National Eligibility cum entrance test (NEET) is structured by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and NTA after considering the syllabus prescribed by various State boards as well as the CBSE, NCERT, and CBSE in class 11 and 12. Preparation Tips for NEET 2021
The candidates can refer the preparation tips given below for NEET 2021.
Analyze NEET 2021 syllabus and exam pattern: This is the first and foremost step of NEET 2021 preparation. List down all the important topics and then start the preparation accordingly. Furthermore, get familiar with the exam pattern and know how many sections are there, total no. of questions, duration of the exam etc.
Make a time table or subject-wise completion module: After checking the important topics, prepare a subject-wise time table. Here, mention the subject-wise topics that have to be covered and give proper time slots to each topic.
Understand the basic concepts: Get to know the basics of a concept first and then, move onto cramming the important formulas and points. For clearing the basic concepts, study from the NCERT books.
Prepare from good study material: It is important to pick a good set of books for the preparation. This is because, for the preparation, it’s important to know the proper explanation of a concept etc. So, decide the books in advance that have to be referred.
Take regular mock test: Be consistent when it comes to mock tests. In order to understand how your preparation is going on or how far you have understood a concept, it is important to give the mock test. By solving the mock test, the candidates will get to know about the time management techniques required at the time of examination, the topics that have to be studied again. Additionally, the candidates will also get to know which section is their strong subject or weak one.
Maintain a proper diet and sleep cycle: While preparing for the exam, it is important to balance the studies and sleep cycle. It is important to have 7-8 hours of sleep. Also, focus on your diet while preparing.
Practice previous year question papers: Try to solve the last 10 years previous year question papers. By solving the questions papers, you will be able to increase your speed and efficiency when it comes to solving the questions.
About NEET 2021
National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) is conducted by the National Testing Agency. It is conducted to offer admission to students in courses like MBBS / BDS and other undergraduate medical courses. It is a national level examination. NTA conducts the NEET examination in offline mode (Paper, pen-based). The duration for NEET 2021 is 3 hours and it will be held in a total of 11 languages. It covers three subjects namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Maximum marks for NEET 2021 is 720.
About NTA
MHRD established National Testing Agency (NTA) to conduct different entrance examinations in India. It got established in the year 2017. NTA conducts the Joint Entrance Examination – Main (JEE Main), National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG), National Eligibility Test (NET), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) and Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). NTA is headed by an eminent educationist who is appointed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
