NEET 2021 Admit Card

NTA will release NEET admit card 2021 for the candidates who register for the exam. The admit card of NEET 2021 will be available at ntaneet.nic.in under the respective login of the candidates. To download NEET admit card candidates need their application number and date of birth. On the exam day, candidates have to carry a hard copy of the admit card, along with the proforma, 1 valid id card, and passport size photo. NEET 2021 Admit Card Release Expected Date

Last year, NEET exam got a major delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of which, the exam had to be held on September 13 instead of on May 3. The admit card was released on August 26. Before last year, NEET exam was held as per its usual timeline, which is on May 5, and the admit card was uploaded on April 15.

Going by the trends, it is clear that NTA releases NEET admit card around one month before the exam. Therefore if this year the exam is held in the month of May 2021, then admit card will be available in the 2nd or 3rd week of April 2021.

An Important Note on NEET Admit Card 2021

With the NEET 2021 admit card, NTA shall also upload a performa page. The candidates must download and print the same. A postcard sized photo same as the one in the admit card must be pasted on the printed proforma and carried with he NEET 2021 admit card at the exam hall. How to Download NEET 2021 Admit Card

The candidates can check the steps below to download the NEET 2021 admit card:

Step 1: Click on the direct link on this age when the admit card is issued.

Step 2: Next, the candidates can check the login screen on the next window, as shown in the image below:

Candidates need the below-given details to login:

3. Security pin as shown on the login page

Step 3: After entering the details, click on the ‘submit’ button.

Preparation tips for NEET 2021 aspirants

NEET 2021 Exam Pattern

NEET 2021 is the only exam by NTA which is being held in pen and paper mode. The exam is be of 3 hours and candidates have to mark the answers in the OMR sheet. The details about NEET 2020 pattern are as follows:

Language – The question paper of NEET is be prepared in 11 languages, which are:

  • English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Bonaty.

Question Type – All the questions are of multiple choice type (MCQs)

Marking Scheme – Candidates get 4 marks for correct answer and 1 marks shall be deducted for incorrect answer.

About NEET 2021

National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test is a national level examination, conducted for admission of candidates in MBBS and BDS courses. All the seats are filled through NEET score and AIR, including AIIMS and JIPMER. The exam is only held once a year. The process of the exam is such that the candidates have to register, then download NEET 2021 admit card, appear for the exam and attend counselling. The 15% quota counselling of NEET is conducted by MCC and only qualified candidates are called for it. The rest of the seats are filled through state counselling, as per the NEET score and AIR.

Qs. If admit card is not issued, what to do?
Ans. NTA releases admit card for all the candidates who submit the application form and pay fee. However, if you still cannot download your hall ticket then contact NTA.

Qs. I have diabetes, can I carry chocolates to the exam hall?
Ans. No, you cannot. However, you may carry fruits or sugar tablets. The fruits to be carried should be like banana, apple, grapes, etc.

Qs. NEET 2021 admit card has been issued to me, but I want to change the exam center now. What should I do?
Nothing can be done now. NTA has clearly stated that the exam center once allocated cannot be changed.

Qs. My name of NEET 2021 admit card is a misspell. How can I get it corrected?
