Students have to pay the NCHMCT 2022 application form fee, through online mode. After the successful filling of form, students should download the confirmation receipt for further references. This fee is non-refundable

Additional Things to Remember:
- In photo, at least 80% face should be visible, no mask .
- Photograph should not be with cap or goggles, unclear pics are not accepted.
- The polaroid photograph is not acceptable.
- The background of the photo should be white.
- For signature, candidates can use blue black pen on white paper. It should be done in running hand.
