MAH CET 3-yr LLB Syllabus 2021
1. Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning
This subject will test your interest in study of Law, Legal Aptitude, and problem solving ability. There will be questions framed with help of Legal prepositions and set of facts to which said prepositions are applied. Some prepositions may not be true in real sense. Candidates have to assume truth of those prepositions and answer the questions drawing well supported conclusions.
2. General Knowledge with Current Affairs
Topics of History (Ancient, medieval, Modern), Geography, General Science, Economics, Civics, and other Current Affairs of past 1 year.
3. Logical and Analytical Reasoning
This will test your ability to identify patterns, logical links, and rectify illogical arguments. It includes wide analogies, completing arguments, drawing well supported conclusions, reasoning by analogy, applying principles or rules. Further, the subject is to measure the ability to understand the structure, relationship and to draw logical conclusions about the structure. It includes reasoning deductively from set of statements and rules or principles that describe relationship among persons, things or events.
4. English
Questions will be on Vocabulary (synonyms, antonyms, analogies and more), Proficiency (idioms and phrases, one word substitution, sentence improvement and rearrangement, fill in the blanks), English Usage Errors (common errors, spotting errors, inappropriate usage of words, spelling mistakes), English comprehension with minimum 2 passages followed by 5-10 questions.
MAH CET 5-yr LLB Syllabus 2021
1. Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning
This section assesses candidate’s interest in study of Law, Legal Aptitude, and problem solving ability. There are to be questions that will be based on Legal prepositions and set of facts to which said prepositions are applied. Some prepositions may not be true in real sense. 5. Basic Mathematics
There will be questions in this section to check numerical ability of candidates. Maths questions will be from class 10 like profit and loss, speed and distance, time and work, algebra, averages, venn diagrams.
MH CET Law 2021 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for MH CET Law 2021 is expected to be as follows.
- Mode of the examination: The exam is conducted in the online mode
- Duration: The duration of the exam is 2 hours i.e 120 minutes
- Type of questions: The test consists of multiple-choice questions
- Medium of question papers: The questions are available in English and Marathi languages
- No. of questions: There are total 150 questions in the test

- For each correct answer, 01 marks are awarded
- There is no negative marking

Preparation Tips for MH CET Law 2021
Given below are some preparation tips that candidates can refer before preparing MH CET Law 2021.
- Know the exam pattern and syllabus properly. After knowing the syllabus, divide the study plan where all topics are given equal time for the preparation.
- Read the newspaper daily and underline the important points. You can also write important events in a separate notebook for future use. You can refer the newspapers like The Hindu, The Indian Express, Dainik Jagran etc.
- While doing the current affairs, pay special attention to the topics about legal aspects of the recent events.
- Try to practice Elementary Mathematics on a daily basis. By solving the questions regularly, you will be able to solve the questions in less time at the time of examination. So, practice regularly.
- Solve mock tests regularly. By solving the mock tests, you can learn the time management skills that are needed during the examination.
- Try to find the meaning of the new words that you come across while preparing. Also, to build your vocabulary try to give online quizzes.
- To solve the questions of Logical and Analytical Reasoning, make sure that the formulas to solve questions are at your fingertips. For this section, practice is key. The more practice you will do, the more easily you will be able to solve questions.
