JIPMER releases JIPMER BSc 2021 Application Form on the official website i.e. jipmer.edu.in. Candidates can fill the application form through online mode only. They should also download the filled in application form for future references. Since, no application form correction opportunity is provided, candidates should fill the form correctly and carefully. Shown below are the steps to apply.

- Now, click on the button ” “Apply on-line B.Sc./ M.Sc / MPH / PGD / PGF / PhD Courses admission.
- Thereafter, candidates need to fill details like name, address, phone number, email ID etc.
- Then, the username and password is generated and sent to candidate’s number and email id.
- Now, login with the credentials and fill application form with personal, qualification, internship and other details.

Common Reasons for Application Form Rejection
Candidates should take care of the following points before application form submission.
- Candidates who do not fall under the prescribed age limit category are rejected.
- Any candidate who has not secured minimum 50% in Class 12 PCB / PCM is deemed rejected.
- Any candidate applying for SC / ST / OBC category must have proof / certificate, otherwise application form is deemed as rejected.
- Candidates who have applied under Puducherry status, but do not have valid proof are rejected.

JIPMER BSc 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must read and understand the eligibility criteria before filling the registration form. The conditions are as follows.
Nationality
- Candidate should be citizen of India.
Age Limit
- The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2021.
- There is no upper age limit.
Academic Qualification
- Candidates should have secured atleast 50% marks in PCB in Class 12 or higher secondary examination.
- The minimum marks required in PCB exam for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Classes / PwD is 40 %.
- The minimum marks required for PCB exam for PWD candidates in general category is 45%.
- The subjects shall include English as a core course as per 10+2+3 structure.
