JEECUP 2021 – Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh has released the application form for UP Polytechnic 2021, officially known as Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) 2021. The exam will be held on June 15-20, 2021. Group A, E1 and E2 will be conducted in offline. Whereas, B, C, D, F, G, H, I, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7 and K8 will be held in online mode. JEECUP is a state-level polytechnic entrance exam and is held for admission into Diploma / Post Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Technology and Management programs in Polytechnic institutions of UP. JEECUP 2021 Application Form
Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh has released JEECUP application form 2021.
The candidates can fill JEECUP 2021 application form at jeecup.nic.in. Note that the hard copy of the confirmation page generated after the payment of fee must not be sent to the Council.

- Register: Click on the link of the application form given above and then register by entering the details like name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc.
- Fill the application form: Then, enter the other details like category, sub-category, group, educational details etc. Also, select the exam centres.
- Upload the images: After entering all the details, upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the proper format.
- Payment of application fee: Next, pay the application fee.
- Download the confirmation page: After the payment of application fee, the confirmation page is generated. Download the same and take its printout for future references.

Mode of payment: The candidates can pay the application fee using debit card / credit card / net banking or e-challan.
Preference in admissions
The preference for admission will be given to these candidates:
- Those candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the institute situated in Uttar Pradesh OR parents of candidate are domicile of UP or Mother / Father of a candidate is an employee of Central Govt. and are currently posted in UP.
- After the admission of the above-mentioned candidates, if the seats are vacant then the admission will be open for other qualified candidates of ‘Other Than Uttar Pradesh’.
- Foreign candidates must be nominated or recommended by their own country and nominated or agreed by Govt. of India.
Eligibility Criteria for UP Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021
To take admission via JEECUP 2021, the candidates must fulfill all the eligibility conditions given below.
Age Limit: The candidates must be 14 years as on 1st July 2021. There is no upper age limit.

JEECUP 2021 Syllabus and Exam Pattern

Type of questions: The test is objective in nature. It consists of multiple-choice questions

JEECUP 2021 Admit Card
Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh will release JEECUP 2021 admit card on 5th June.
JEECUP admit card is issued online at jeecup.nic.in 10 days before the exam date. It can be downloaded by entering the application number and password.
- It is necessary to carry the admit card to the exam centre. A candidate who does not have JEECUP 2021 admit card on the day of the examination is not allowed to enter the exam centre.
- JEECUP admit card specifies the important details about the exam such as exam date, exam timings, reporting time, address of the exam centre etc.
- Along with the admit card, a valid id proof has to be carried as well.
- After the availability of admit card, check the particulars mentioned on it carefully. If there is any discrepancy, contact UPJEE (Polytechnic) Council immediately.
Guidelines for JEECUP 2021
The candidates are required to follow the instructions given below on th eday of the examination.
Reach the exam centre on time: It is advised to the candidates to reach the exam centre according to the reporting time mentioned in the admit card. If the candidates do not report on time, they might miss some of the instructions announced in the examination hall.
Taking seats: The candidates must take their seats immediately after entering the examination hall.
Leaving exam hall: No candidate is allowed to leave their seat without taking the permission from Centre Superintendent or the concerned invigilator until the full duration of the exam is over.
No baggage allowed: No candidate is allowed to take any kind of baggage inside the exam centre. JEEC is not responsible for any stolen or lost items at the premises.
Unfair Means: If any candidates take any of the prohibited items inside the exam centre, it will be treated as unfair means and their current exam will be cancelled. Also, they will be debarred from future examinations. Furthermore, the cheating equipment will be seized.
Signing the attendance sheet: The candidates must sign on the attendance and verification sheet. Left-hand thumb impression also need to put on the attendance sheet.
Maintain the silence: The candidates must maintain silence during the exam and must attend their question paper only. Any conversation or disturbance or gesture will be treated as misbehaviour. Any candidate ground to be doing this will be debarred either permanently or for some time as per the nature of the offence.
For Online Exam: All the instructions for online exam are same as above. Some of the additional instructions are given below.
Biometrics: The biometrics capturing (photo and finger print) will be done at the time of the examination.
Rough work: All the rough work has to be done in the sheet provided at the time of examination.
JEECUP 2021 Answer Key
Check JEECUP 2021 answer key after exam.
After the conduct of examination, JEECUP publishes the answer keys group-wise at jeecup.org. JEECUP answer keys are released at the candidate’s login. The answer keys can be used to calculate the scores. If the candidates find any error in the answer keys, then they can challenge them.
If the challenge is found to be correct, the challenge fee is refunded to the candidates with the corrected result.
Challenging Fee: The candidates are required to pay Rs 100 (per question).
JEECUP 2021 Result
Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh will declare JEECUP 2021 result by 30th June.
The result for JEECUP is announced within the 10 days of the conduct of the examination. The candidates can check JEECUP 2021 result online only at jeecup.nic.in.
- The rank card comprises of the actual marks obtained in JEECUP along with the status of those who are qualified JEECUP counselling.
- No rank card is dispatched to the candidates.
- Note that only the State Open Rank is used for all the groups separately for admission. Other ranks are for information purposes only.
