JEE Main 2021 Admit Card – NTA has released the hall ticket for JEE Main 2021. Direct link to download the admit card are available here. There are three links, 1, 2, 3. You can use any one to download the JEE Main admit card. After you click any of the links, you will land on the admit card download page, where you have to login with application number, date of birth, and security pin. Registered candidates can now download admit card for February session exam that is scheduled to be held from February 23 to 26, 2021. Candidates without a valid admit card are not allowed to appear in the exam. The National Testing Agency will be conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) February – 2021 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at different centres located in 331 cities throughout the country and abroad from 23rd to 26th February 2021.

The candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website jeemain.nta.nic.in w.e.f. February 11, 2021 (Thursday). The candidates are advised to download their Admit Card of Joint Entrance Examination (Main), February, 2021 (using their Application No and Date of Birth) along with the undertaking ofJEE (Main) February – 2021 and go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin.

In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the Admit Card along with an undertaking, he/she can contact on 0120-6895200 or mail at jeemain@nta.ac.in. For more updates or the latest news keep visiting the website of NTA http://www.nta.ac.in and jeemain.nta.nic.in

The candidates may note that no Admit Card will be sent by post. Admit Cards have been withheld in case of Candidates who have filled in multiple Application forms. They are advised to contact NTA.

How to Download JEE Main 2021 Admit Card?

Since the JEE Main admit card releases through the official JEE Main-NTA website only, candidates have to download it by themselves. As the admit card releases through candidate login, therefore all candidates must log in with the application number and password/DOB to download it. 1st Step: Go to jeemain.nta.nic.in

2nd Step: On the homepage, you will see multiple links to download admit cards. They say “Download Admit Card – Link 1”, “Download Admit Card – Link 2”, and “Download Admit Card – Link 3”. You can click any one. Or you can click on the same links given on this page too.

3rd Step: Now on the next page you have to enter your application number, and date of birth. If you have forgotten your application number then please use the forgot application number link.

4th Step: As soon as you login, you will see a declaration form. Tick the appropriate check boxes, and select the appropriate option from drop downs. Then submit the declaration.

5th Step: Then on the next page, you will get link to download admit card. Click it.

How to Print JEE Main 2021 Admit Card?

NTA has laid down certain guidelines for printing of the JEE Main 2021 admit card after downloading it from the website. Here are some important points to take care of while printing the admit card.

  • Print the JEE Main 2021 Admit Card on A4 size paper only.
  • The admit card may contain more than one pages. Candidates must print all pages of the admit card.
  • One can print the admit card in colour or in black & white given that the print is clear and legible.
  • Along with the admit card, candidates must also print the Self Declaration (Undertaking) from the NTA website.

Problems in Downloading JEE Main 2021 Admit Card?

The NTA has issued specific guidelines to follow in case a candidate is unable to download the JEE Main 2021 admit card using standard login procedure. In case the admit card cannot be downloaded, candidates must notify the NTA immediately.

Errors in JEE Main 2021 Admit Card?

Although unlikely, it may happen that the JEE Main 2021 Admit Card has errors. Important Guidelines for JEE Main 2021 Exam

Besides the important instructions provided on the JEE Main 2021 admit card, candidates must also read the official information brochure carefully. This is to ensure that certain do’s and dont’s before, during and after the exam are understood and followed strictly. Check out the guidelines below.

  • Candidates must note that the admit card is not sent by post or any other means.
  • The NTA does not issue any duplicate admit card at the exam centre. Hence, candidates must preserve the admit card carefully for future reference.
  • Do not forget to carry the print out of the admit card to the JEE Main 2021 exam centre.
  • Carry a valid photo identity proof viz. Voter Card, AADHAR Card, Passport etc.
  • A passport-sized photograph (same as the one uploaded on the application form) must be pasted on the attendance sheet in the exam centre.
  • PWD candidates taking scribe help to give the test have to carry a valid certificate issued by an authorized medical officer.
  • Follow the reporting time on JEE Main 2021 admit card strictly. Do not report to the exam centre late. It may be noted that entry to the exam hall is not permitted after 09.00 AM in the first shift and after 02.00 PM in the second shift.
  • Candidates must find the Computer assigned to them bearing their roll number at the exam centre since no one is allowed to take the test from any other Computer/Seat in the JEE Main 2021 exam centre.
  • Do not forget to paste the photograph on the attendance sheet and give a thumb impression on the attendance sheet neatly.
  • Candidates must not attempt any unfair practices as this will only lead to disqualification. Similarly, candidates found to have tampered or mutilated the admit card may not be allowed to sit for the exam.

JEE Main 2021 Exam Pattern

It has been confirmed that there is no change or reduction in the JEE Main 2021 syllabus. However, considering that school boards have reduced the syllabus of 10 + 2 Board exams, the exam pattern of JEE Main 2021 exhibits certain changes in favour of the candidates. Most notably, there are optional questions in the JEE Main 2021 question paper while there is no negative marking in Numerical Value Type questions.

About JEE Main 2021

The National Testing Agency conducts the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) at the national level. JEE Main 2021 is conducted for two main purposes i.e. for admission to BE/B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Planning courses in NITs, IIITs & CFTIs of India and as an eligibility examination for JEE Advanced 2021. JEE Main is usually conducted twice a year although, in 2021, the examination is conducted in four sessions i.e. February, March, April and May. This has been done to ensure that candidates have multiple opportunities to clear the exam.
