How percentile scores are calculated for ICAR AIEEA UG 2022
Since the ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 examination will be held in various shifts, the difficulty level of each set of question papers is bound to be different from the other. Thus, the results of the candidates will be calculated using a percentile score. The percentile score will be up to seven places after the decimal point. Percentile scores for each examination session will be calculated and if dissimilar, the lowest will be considered for cutoff. This is the normalisation procedure followed by NTA to introduce parity across all the sessions of the examination.
Formula to calculate percentile score = 100 × Number of candidates appeared in the particular session with a raw score equal to or less than the particular candidate/ Total number of the candidates appearing in that session
ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 Counselling
The counselling round for ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 is the last step in the admission procedure.
- The counselling will be held in the online mode and candidates will need to register for this round by paying the requisite registration fees of INR 500.
- There will be three rounds of counselling with additional rounds and mop-up rounds for filling up the vacant seats.
- During the form filling process, candidates would be asked to excise their choice of seats for admission by making a priority-wise list of choices.
- Only those seat would be displayed to the candidates for which they are eligible.
- Candidates will have to upload certain documents during the registration process for counselling (given below).
- During the ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 Counselling procedure, candidates will have the option to ‘upgrade’ their seats to a higher priority one during the next counseling rounds.
- A candidate who has been allotted a seat for the first time will have to pay will have to pay the seat allotment fees as mentioned below.
- Candidates accepting the allotted seats must physically report to the designated institutes.

ICAR AIEEA UG Seat Acceptance Fee
Candidates will be provided with the option for ‘Upgradation’ before depositing the Seat Acceptance Fee.
- In case of ‘Upgradation’, the candidates will not have to pay the Seat Acceptance Fee again.
- Once the uploaded documents have been verified by the university, candidates will
have to pay the non-refundable Seat Acceptance Fee of INR 10,000,
irrespective of any category. - This fees have to be paid on the Counselling portal of ICAR. After confirmation of the Seat Acceptance Fee, the university will consider the candidate to be ‘Provisionally Admitted’.
