The ICAR used to conduct the AIEEA (UG, PG, JRF/SRF) exams earlier but now the National Testing Agency is entrusted with the responsibility to conduct all of the three tests i.e. for admission to UG, PG and SRF/JRF. National Testing Agency announces the exam date of ICAR AIEEA (UG, PG, JRF/SRF) exam at the official website i.e. icar.nta.nic.in as per schedule with the release of the official information brochure. Last year, the information brochure came out in the first week of January and the registration process commenced for the exams scheduled to be conducted in the first week of June. It is expected that NTA will conduct the ICAR AIEEA 2021 (UG, PG, JRF/SRF) exam in June.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Application Form
NTA invites application for ICAR AIEEA 2021 online at the official website. Candidates are advised to keep scanned images of recent passport sized photograph and signature ready for uploading on the ICAR AIEEA 2021 (UG, PG, JRF/SRF) Application form. Check out the step by step guide below.
Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. icar.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the relevant link for online application for UG, PG or SRF/JRF at the homepage.
Step 3: Now click on the option for new user registration.

As per existing conventions National Testing Agency releases separate information brochure related to the test for UG, PG and JRF/SRF admissions. As such, eligibility criteria is also specified differently for each of the admission tests. Candidates must ensure that they understand and meet all the specified eligibility conditions.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 (UG) Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 exam of CBSE or equivalent.
- Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate (General, OBC-NCL, UPS, EWS).
- SC, ST, Transgender, PwD candidates must have secured at least 40% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates who have appeared in Class 12 exam are also eligible to apply given that they have to provide proof of passing with required marks during the time of counselling.
ICAR AIEEA 2021 (PG) Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be at least 19 years old.
- Candidates must have passed graduation with four/six (10+6 B.Sc. Ag.)/Five years’ (B.V.Sc & AH) degree program from any public funded/government institution.
- Candidates must have passed the Bachelor degree exam with Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA) of minimum 6.60/10.0 in a ten point scale, 3.25/5.00 in a five point scale and 2.60/4.00 in a four point scale (General, OBC, UPS, EWS).
- SC/ST and PWD candidates must have secured at least 5.60/10.00, 2.75/5.00, 2.20/4.40 respectively.
- Candidates seeking admission to M.V.Sc. must have completed B.V.Sc. & AH with internship before the date of admission.
ICAR AIEEA 2021 (JRF/SRF) Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed Master’s degree with minimum Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA) as per the below table.
- Candidates must have passed from the public-funded/government institution.
- Candidates must be at least 20 years of age.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Answer Key
NTA releases the ICAR 2021 question papers with answer keys along with individual candidate response sheets at the official website icar.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download the same by logging in to the website. In order to download the ICAR AIEEA 2021 (UG, PG, JRF/SRF) Answer Key, candidates have to ensure that they have the application number and password. Login is essential in order to get the question papers with answer keys and the individual candidate response sheets.
The NTA releases the answer keys in two stages. At first, the provisional answer key releases against which, candidates are allowed to raise challenges. As per the previous year trends, a fee of Rs 1000 per question challenged must be paid. Once the window closes, no more challenges are registered.
