What After Declaration of IBSAT 2021 Result?
After the declaration of the IBSAT result, the candidates need to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interviews held at IBS Hyderabad.
Selection Briefings: The selection briefings are conducted in various cities. They are basically a series of focused seminars in which candidates are given details about the culture at IBS. The selection briefing for IBS Admission 2021 will be held from January 8 – 16, 2022.
Group Discussion: In GD, a topic is given to a group of 8-10 candidates. They are given 15 minutes to speak on that topic. After the discussion, 01 minute is given to each candidate to summarize his / her discussion. GD is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s expression, communication, analytical skills and behaviour in a group.
Personal Discussion: The personal interview is the final stage in the selection process. PI of each candidate is taken for 10 minutes. The panel of the interview comprises Directors, Deans, Senior Faculty Members and Alumni. PI is conducted to assess the candidate’s attitude, aptitude and aspirations. It also evaluates the candidate’s general knowledge, communication skills, expressions, clarity of thought and aptitude in the field of Management.
