How to Prepare for UID DAT 2022 Section wise?
The design aptitude test is divided into 2 parts namely A and B. Following are some tips on preparing section wise:
Part A- Awareness & Reasoning
Set up one hour each day to prepare for the DAT Awareness Section. Participate in GK quizzes, which contain questions of varying degrees of difficulty. Daily mock exam papers with time constraints should be practised and analysed. While the reasoning section of the DAT does demand some presence of mind when solving, constant practice can help a lot. UID DAT 2022 Exam Pattern
The Paper comprises 200 questions including both sections for which the duration is 3 hours. Part-A (MCQs) and Part-B (sketching test) of the UID DAT must be completed separately on the designated sheet.
For UG-
- Mode of Exam: UID DAT is conducted in offline mode.
- Question Type: Part A comprises MCQs while Part B consists of drawing questions.
- Duration: The total duration of the exam is 3 hours including both parts.
- Total Marks: The question paper will carry a total of 100 marks, i.e. 40marks for Part-A and 60marks for Part-B
- Marking Scheme: There is NO negative marking in the DAT.
