Examination time can be very stressful as it puts a lot of pressure on candidates to perform well. However, with the right study strategy, you can ace the Foreign Dental Screening Test 2021. Here are some tips which can help candidates in boosting their FDST Preparation.

Use Flow Charts and Diagrams: Flow charts can be really helpful for easy and quick revision of difficult topics. As the exams are approaching, try to convert all your revision notes into diagrams. Visual representations like diagrams, mindmap and flowcharts help in better retention than textual learning.

Practice Past papers: One of the most effective ways to prepare for any competitive exam is to practice with the previous year’s papers. If the previous year’s paper is not available, then at least practice mock tests based on the real exam to get an idea about the format of the questions. You will also be able to know what to expect in the question paper. Giving a mock test at this point will also help you in measuring the time you will need in the actual test and will lead to better time management.

Take regular Breaks: Long study sessions can be tiring to the body and exhausting for the brain. Regular breaks are needed for the brain to regain its focus. Studying for long does not help in the retention of knowledge. So, it is important to keep breaks in your study time to refresh your body.

Revise the syllabus: Now is the time to keep revising all that you have studied for the exam. As FDST 2021 is around the corner do not study anything new. Just keep revising all the past notes and books. Revision is a must to absorb already studied information in a better way.

Plan your exam day: Make sure to check all the rules and requirements of the exam. If possible, visit your exam center a day prior to the exam so as to avoid hassle on the exam day. Keep all the necessary documents ready for the day. Also, plan your question paper attempting strategy in advance for better time management at the time of the exam.

Keep Positive Attitude: Avoid thinking about the exam in a negative way. Instead, be confident about your preparation. A positive mind will keep you relaxed and it makes it easier for you to concentrate and recall what you have learned. Try to keep yourself calm before and during the exam. Remember Michelle Obama once said, “Your success will be determined by your own confidence and fortitude.”
