All the important dates for GPAT 2022 are as follows:
- Online registration started on – 16 Feb 2022
- Last date to apply – 17 Mar 2022
- Last date to pay fee – 18 Mar 2022

GPAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria
If you are an aspirant of GPAT, first thing to you need to know is the eligibility criteria. Only if you fulfill the eligibility criteria, only then you can apply for the exam. The eligibility criteria of GPAT 2022 is as follows:
- There is no age limit for GPAT 2022 exam.
- Only those candidates can apply for the exam who have a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Note – B.Tech. (Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology)/ equivalent candidates are
not eligible to apply.
GPAT 2022 Application Form
Now that you know if you are eligible or not, here is the application process. The application form for GPAT 2022 is available at gpat.nta.nic.in. To apply, follow these steps below:

- Click on a orange “New Registration” button.
- Read all the instructions.
- Click on “Click here to proceed”
- Enter candidate name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, identity type, identification number, etc details.
- After this, candidates need to login and upload image, and pay fee.
The application fee for GPAT 2022 is as follows:

GPAT 2022 Syllabus
Next is GPAT 2022 syllabus. There is no official syllabus for the exam. In the brochure it is only mentioned that “The syllabus for the exam will be as prescribed by AICTE”. The questions in the exam will be asked from following topics:
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Allied Subjects
- Pharmacology & Allied Subjects
- Pharmaceutics & Allied Subjects
- Pharmacognosy & Allied Subjects
- Other Subjects
Mostly all the entire syllabus of GPAT is what you have already studied in your Bachelor’s Degree course.
GPAT 2022 Exam Pattern
GPAT Exam pattern will help the students in preparing well for the upcoming examinations. Given below is the exam pattern for the entrance exam –
Mode of exam – The exam is held online Computer-based.
Duration of the exam – The test is of a duration of 3 hours.
Medium of Question Paper – Students will get GPAT 2022 question paper in English Medium only.
Negative marking– -1 for incorrectly answer
Marks for each Question- 4 marks
Total question- 125
