2nd step: Now, a new page will open. Here, enter the application number and mobile number.

GITAM GAT 2021 Merit List
The merit list for GITAM GAT is published on the official website, gat.gitam.edu after the declaration of the result.
- The merit position of the candidates for admission shall be based on the rank (UG) / score (PG) obtained in GAT 2021 subject to the rule of reservation as per UGC guidelines or norms applicable to GITAM.
- The candidates qualified in GAT 2021 shall be eligible for admission only if they fulfill the requirements of minimum marks in the qualifying examination according to the eligibility criteria.
- 25% of the seats are reserved for the meritorious students from Karnataka state for admission at Bengaluru campus – Applicable for Engineering and Management programmes.

How is the GITAM GAT Result Compiled?
The result of GITAM GAT 2021 will be based on the performance of the candidates in the exam. Since there is no negative marking in the exam, the score will be the number of correct answers marked by the students.
Based on that a rank card will be prepared and issued under the respective logins of the candidates.

GITAM GAT 2021 Counselling
The candidates who are allotted a rank are required to take part in GITAM GAT 2021 counselling. Such candidates are issued counselling letter. To complete the admission process, the candidates have to follow the steps given below.
- Fill the Personal and Academic Details: The candidates have to first enter their personal and academic details.
- Fee Payment: Next, pay the allotment fee and counselling fee. It can be paid using debit card / credit card / net banking. After the successful payment, the candidates can take a printout of the payment receipt with the filled-in application form.
- Course and Branch Selection: Then, the candidates have to choose their respective branch. The choices have to be submitted within the specified deadline only.
- Allotment Order: The candidates can then, download their provisional allotment order from the e-counselling portal.
- Reporting at the branch: The candidates have to then report to the Principal, GITAM with the following original and photocopies of the documents.
