The CS Foundation exam is national level exam generally conducted by the ICSI twice a year, in June and December. CS Foundation course is an 8 monthly course for which the official authorities have released the timetable. The facility to register for the CS Foundation exam is available throughout the year in online mode only. As per the official notification, the CS Foundation timetable for June 2022 is as follows:

CS Foundation 2022 Registration Date
CS Foundation course 2022 Registrations are ongoing till the cut-off dates are released. ICSI provides a facility to register for the CS Foundation course throughout the year in the online mode only and closes after the cut-off dates are released. Candidates can visit the official website icsi.edu to register for the foundation course and follow the steps required. The application fee for all the candidates is Rs. 1200 per module till the last date without a late fee. A late fee of Rs 250 will be charged to Rs 1200 if the form is submitted late. The mode of payment is online through the credit/debit card /net banking or through a bank challan system. Only the forms with the successful payment status will be considered.
CS Foundation 2022 Paper 1 Dates
As per the official notification, Paper 1 which consists of Business Environment and Law will be conducted on 15th June 2022, Wednesday. The timings for Paper 1 are from 9:30 AM to 11 AM. Paper 1 includes the major topics like Business Environment, Elements of Company Law, Elements of Law relating to Partnership and LLP, etc. The examination will be held in the online mode that is a computer-based test. As per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the ICSI, candidates who are students of arts, science and commerce can pursue the CS foundation course. Any candidate who has qualified and passed the senior secondary examination(Grade XII) or equivalent from any recognized Institute/Board will become eligible to apply for the foundation course. No minimum percentage is required for appearing for the papers. The time duration will be 90 minutes for paper 1. Paper 1 consists of 50 questions spread over a total of 100 marks. Each question carries 2 marks and there is no negative marking
CS Foundation 2022 Paper 2 Dates
As per the official notification, Paper 2 which consists of Business Management, Ethics, and Entrepreneurship will also be held on 15th June 2022, Wednesday. The timing of the paper that is Batch 2 is from 4 PM to 5:30 PM. As per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the ICSI, candidates who are students of arts, science and commerce can pursue this CS foundation course and should have qualified the grade XII or equivalent from any board or institute. The mode of exam is online (computer-based test) and the format is Objective type. The time duration will be 90 minutes for Paper 2. Paper 2 consists of 50 questions spread over a total of 100 marks. Each question carries 2 marks and there is no negative marking
CS Foundation 2022 Paper 3 Dates
The official schedule released by the ICSI contains the official dates for CS Foundation 2022 Paper 3 Dates and Batch 3 Timings. Paper 3 which has the subject Business Economics will be held on 16th June 2022, Thursday. The timings for Batch 3 are from 9:30 AM to 11 AM. Paper 3 generally includes Basic Elements of Demand and Supply, Theory of Production and Cost, Basic Elements of Money and Banking, Mathematics of Finance, etc. Paper 3 consists of 50 questions spread over a total of 100 marks. Each question carries 2 marks and there is no negative marking. Any candidate who has qualified and passed the senior secondary examination(Grade XII) or equivalent from any recognized Institute/Board will become eligible to apply for the foundation course. CS Foundation 2022 Paper 4 Dates
The dates for paper 4 are already released by the official authorities. Paper 4 having subjects Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing will be conducted on 16th June 2022. The timing of batch 4 is from 4 PM to 5:30 PM. Paper 4 has topics like Accounting Process, Accounting for Non-Profit Organizations, Audits, and Auditor’s Reports, etc. The time duration for paper 4 will be 90 minutes. Paper 4 consists of 50 questions spread over a total of 100 marks. Each question carries 2 marks and there is no negative marking. No minimum percentage is required for appearing for the paper but candidates should have passed the grade XII from a recognized board or Institute. The mode of exam is online (computer-based test) and the format is Objective type or MCQ Type.
