CG Pre MCA result is announced 20-22 days after the exam date. Hence, it is expected that the result for CG Pre MCA 2021 exam will also be available by 10 – 11 July 2021. The official dates for announcement of result are as follows:

Compilation of CG Pre MCA 2021 Result
CG Pre MCA result is compiled as per the defined guidelines. The most important aspect of the result is merit / rank. This is how the result is prepared.
Raw marks: First of all, the marks are calculated. These are calculate according to the marking scheme set by the official authority and the final answer key. It is as follows:
- 1 marks for each correct answer.
- No negative marking.
Rank: The rank is allotted to the candidate according to the marks in the entrance exam.
Merit List: The merit list is prepared on the basis of the percentage of the marks obtained in Pre MCA. Merit list contains the names of all the all the qualified candidates, as per the rank secured in the exam.
Qualifying Marks for CG Pre MCA 2021
To be included in the merit list, the candidates are required to get the following minimum marks in CG Pre MCA 2021.
The minimum qualifying marks for the reserved category of Chhattisgarh will be relaxed by 5%.

CG Pre MCA 201 Tie-Breaking Criteria
In case two or more candidates obtain the same marks, the merit shall be determined on the marks secured in the following order:
- Mathematics
- Computer Awareness
- Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning
- General Awareness
- Candidates older in age
If age is also same then the candidate securing more marks in degree (out of the total marks) shall be given admission.

- 1 seat shall be reserved for the son / daughter of migrants of Jammu & Kashmir.
CG Pre MCA 2021 Counselling
The date of the counselling shall be uploaded online and in the state / national level newspapers. The counselling is held online.
- Candidates need to register for the counselling.
- The allotment of the seats is done through centralized online counselling.
- Before the seat allotment, the candidates need to get their documents verified.
- If the candidates belonging to the reserved category fail to produce the relevant documents, then they will be treated in the Un-reserved category.

About CG Pre MCA 2021
CG Pre MCA is a state-level entrance examination held for admission into MCA programme in the institutes of Chhattisgarh. The exam is held in the offline mode. The test comprises of 200 multiple-choice questions in total. The questions are asked from the subjects like Mathematics (10+2 level), Computer Awareness, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness. Most of the college in Chhattisgarh participate in the exam.
