CAT 2021 Toppers – The CAT 2021 result has been declared by IIM Ahmedabad today at 5:00 P.M. A total of 9 students have topped the CAT 2021 exam with 100 percentile. Candidates can check the CAT 2021 results by logging in to the official website at iimcat.ac.in. To do so, students have to enter their User Id and Password. The CAT 2021 result has been announced in the form of a scorecard. It contains the section-wise percentile scores along with the overall scores. How to Check CAT 2021 Result?
The result of the CAT 2021 Examination has been announced on the official website on 3 January 2022 at 5:00 P.M. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their CAT 2021 Results by following the steps given below –
Step 1 – Visit the official website i.e iimcat.ac.in and then click on the “CAT Result 2021” tab present on the home page of the website. You will be redirected to the CAT 2021 login page.
Step 2 – Enter the login credentials that the candidates receive during the time of registration. Following details have to be entered:
- Application Number
- Password
- Captcha/safety code

Step 3 – Click on login. After logging in successfully, you will be directed to the page containing the scorecard link. Click on the IIM CAT 2021 scorecard tab present on the screen.
Step 4 – CAT Result 2021 will appear on the screen in the form of a pdf. Download the scorecard and take a printout of it for future reference.

Ans. There are no tie-breaking criteria for the candidate scoring the same percentiles. This is because admission into IIMs depends on many criteria.
Ans. No, it is not necessary that the overall Percentile will be the same as the sectional percentile. It has been seen that CAT Topper Debrup Podder scored 99.11 percentile overall but had a lower percentile in one section.
Ans. The candidates obtaining the minimum cut-off marks have to appear in the Personal Appearance round which consists Personal Interview and Written Ability Test.
