The BITSAT slot booking 2021 is expected to be available in second week of April 2021. Most probably it will start one day after test center allotment.

• BITSAT 2021 slot booking is the process where registered candidates (who applied for BITSAT 2021 exam) select their exam date and slot.
• You have to login at bitsadmission.com at the BITSAT 2021 login to book slot.
• Slots remain available on a first come first serve basis.

Expected Dates for BITSAT 2021 Slot Booking

Note – BITS Pilani will announce the exact dates in BITSAT 2021 prospectus.

Last year BITSAT slot booking was initially going to happen from 10th to 18th April and exam date was supposed to be 16th to 25th May. However due to the postponement in exam date, it actually happened from 9th to 10th September 2020 and exam dates became 16th to 23rd September.

In the year before that, slot booking was done from 5th to 12th April, and exam dates were 16th to 26th May.

Therefore the expected dates for slot booking for BITSAT 2021 are in first/second week of April 2021, at least one month before exam dates.

Exam Slots

Last year BITSAT was held from 16 September to 23 September.

On each date, there were 2 available slots.

• Slot 1 – 9 AM to 12 Noon
• Slot 2 – 2 PM to 5 PM

When you enter the BITSAT 2021 slot booking process on the official website, you can see only those slots that are available.

How To Decide BITSAT 2021 Slot?

BITSAT is one of the few engineering entrance exams in India where slot booking happens. This puts the students in a unique position, where they have to take one more decision in the long list of decisions – Which exam date and slot to select?

Here are a few things to consider.

#1. What are the other entrance exams you are appearing for?

Decide the other entrance exams you are planning to sit for. And check their exam dates. Chose your BITSAT 2021 exam date and slot to be far away from the other dates. This will ensure that even if your centers are in different cities / states, you get ample time to travel. Plus, you get time to revise separately for BITSAT.

#2. Difficulty level of BITSAT 2021 exam question paper on different exam days.

Is BITSAT day 1 going to be easier or tougher than day 2? And so on? – There is no proof to support or discard claims that question paper on one day is more difficult form the other days. So do not consider that to be a factor. BITS Pilani has been conducting the BITSAT exam for several years now. And usually there are no claims from candidates claiming certain days to be exceptionally easy/tough from other days.

#3. Decide on time.

BITSAT 2021 slot booking is a first come first serve basis process. So if you decide too late about your exam date, that slot may already be taken by someone else. Hence, decide quickly.
