This state level common entrance exam is for admission to UG programs of agricultural science, medical programs except MBBS and BDS, and pharmacy programs. Note – BCECE is no longer held for engineering and medical admissions. Bihar engineering admission 2021 will be on the basis of JEE Main 2021, and MBBS, BDS admissions will be through NEET 2021.

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board provides the great opportunity to the students to apply for the various courses through BCECE 2021. The list of courses provided are:
- Engineering and Dairy Technology Through PCM.

BCECE Eligibility Criteria 2021
Candidates appearing for the BCECE 2021, must fulfill certain eligibility requirements as per the courses.
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India
- Domicile: Candidates must have domicile of Bihar
Candidates parents must be a permanent resident of Bihar
Parents from different states should be employees of Bihar.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have cleared 10+2
- Qualifying Marks: 45% for the general category and 40% for the reserved category in the last qualifying marks.

How To Prepare For BCECE 2021?
Candidates who want to enroll in the institutes to pursue engineering/pharmacy, medical, agriculture, health science in the state of Bihar, must take BCECE 2021. To clear the exam with distinction requires a certain strategy to prepare for the exam. Here are some guidelines to clear the exam with high score:
- Start with knowing the BCECE 2021 syllabus and exam pattern. The questions are asked from the syllabus mentioned. Note that there is negative marking in the exam.

BCECE Exam Day Instructions
The appearing candidates have to follow certain instructions on the day of the exam. Those are:
- Reach the examination centre 1 hr before the commencement of the exam.
- Carry the admit card to the examination centre. No candidates will be allowed to enter the exam hall without the hall ticket.
- Do not bring the banned items such as mobile, watches, pencil box etc in the examination hall.
- Enter the correct details in the OMR sheet as no other OMR Sheet will be provided.
- Make sure that the OMR sheet has the invigilator’s sign.
- Use the blue or black ink to answer the questions in the OMR Sheet.
