The Assam CEE 2021 Result is likely to be announced in May 2021. ASTU only declares Assam CEE result online, on the official website, which is astu.ac.in. It is released as rank card and to download it, candidates have to enter application number and password. No rank card of Assam CEE 2021 is sent to the candidates via post. The candidates who qualify the entrance test are required to participate in the counselling. Compilation of Assam CEE 2021 Result

Assam CEE 2021 result is compiled in the following way:

Determination of scores: In order to calculate the raw scores, the final answer key released by the official authority is referred. To calculate the scores, the candidates can use the marking scheme specified by the official authority.

Rank card: The score card for Assam CEE is released at the candidate’s login.

Determination of rank: Assam CEE rank is determined according to the marks secured in all the three subjects secured in the entrance test.

Assam CEE 2021 Tie-Breaking Criteria

If two or more candidates obtain the same marks in Assam CEE 2021, then the tie-breaking policy given below is followed to resolve the ties:

• First of all, the preference is given to the candidates who have secured higher marks in Mathematics
• If the tie exists, then the marks in Physics are considered.
• If the tie is still there, then the marks in Chemistry are considered.
• In case of still a tie, the date of birth is taken into account.

Assam CEE 2021

Assam Combined Entrance Examination (Assam CEE) is a pen-paper based examination conducted by Assam Science and Technology University. The test is conducted for admission into B.Tech course. The candidates are given 3 hours to complete the test. Multiple-choice type questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are asked in the exam. Each question in the exam carries 04 marks. There is a negative marking of 01 mark in case of wrong answers.
