AILET 2022 – National Law University, Delhi has extended the last date to submit the application form for AILET to May 25, 2022. Moreover, All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2022 is now scheduled to be held on June 26, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Interested aspirants can apply for AILET 2022 entrance exam online at nludelhi.ac.in.

All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is conducted by The National Law University, Delhi. It is a law entrance exam conducted for the candidates who want to get admission to BA LLB(Hons.), LLM, and Ph.D. Programs offered by the National Law University Delhi. It will be conducted Offline i.e. Pen & Paper (OMR sheet based) mode. AILET 2022 Application Form

The AILET 2022 application form is released on the official website and in Online mode. Candidates can refer to the following information –

How to Apply for the Application Form?

1st step – Click on the link given above.

2nd step – Online Registration – Click on ‘register’.

  • Fill in all the details like – Name, mobile no, email id, etc.
  • An OTP will be generated and then enter OTP on the screen. Login through the application no and password.

3rd step – Fill in all the personal details like – name of the applicant, gender, category, mobile no, religion, Nationality

4th step – Fill in all the center choice details – You can fill any three center choices.

5th step – Fill in all the contact details like address, city, district, state, etc, and family details like father’s name, occupation, mobile no, etc.

6th step – Fill in all the academic details like the name of the school, college, year or passing, etc., and then click on save and next.

7th step – Now upload all the documents – a scanned photograph, a scanned signature.

8th step – Pay the application fees through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

9th step – Check all the details and edit them before submitting the application form.

10th step – Click on the ‘submit’ button.

  • The image should be scanned and should be a recent coloured passport size photograph.
  • The Face of the candidate should be clearly visible.

  • The Signature should be signed on white paper with Black/Blue pen within a box of 6*3 cms.
  • It should be clearly visible and no-over writing should be done.

AILET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wanted to appear for AILET 2022 must clear the eligibility criteria. Candidates can refer to the below information for AILET 2022 eligibility criteria.

For B.A.LL.B.(Hons.)

  • The Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary Examination(10+2) or Equivalent Examiantion with 45% marks(40% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disability.
  • The candidates appearing for the 12th standard annual examination are also eligible to apply.

For LL.M. Programme

  • LL.B. or an equivalent law degree with 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).
  • The candidates appearing for final year LL.B. annual examination can also apply.

For Ph.D. Program

  • LL.M. or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).
  • Or, Obtained a degree in Law and Master’s Degree in social sciences or humanities from any recognised educational institution.
  • Or, Degree in law and passed the Company Secretary examination conducted bythe Institute of Company Secretaries of India and awarded the Associate Membership of the Institute.
  • Or, Degree in law and passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India shall be eligible.
  • Or, Judge of any State High Court in India with three years’ experience or Judge of Supreme Court of India.

About The National Law University (NLU) Delhi

NLU Delhi offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law. It was established in 2008 i.e 13 years ago. It started from temporary buildings. By 2010, it became totally functional. In 2020, NIRF assigned the NLU Delhi as the #2 Law college in India. It is situated in Sector 14, Dwaraka, New Delhi. In 2020, the total batch of BA.LLB has 41 out of 78 students placed with the median salary package of Rs 15 LPA. For BA LLB the tuition fee is Rs 1,86,000 per annum. For LL.M. Programme it is 1,39,000 For Ph.D. Programme it is 1,18,000. The library at NLU Delhi has a separate building with two floors. It has a computer center with 50 high-end desktops with Microsoft operating system. It has digital classrooms. The Auditorium is fully air-conditioned with a seating capacity of over 650 people. It has four seminar halls.
