AIFD WAT Results 2022 – AIFD WAT Results 2022 result is announced online by the Army Institute of Fashion & Design, Bangalore, on the official website i.e. aifd.edu.in. Weightage added for Gallantry Award Winners

AIFD WAT Merit List

A merit list will be prepared by the institute. Candidates will be listed in the order of the list based on their exam score. The merit list is compiled based on the candidates’ performance in the computer-based test for UG students and the Creative Ability Test and Interview for PG students.

When two or more candidates receive the same score, the following tie-breaking criteria are used to break the tie:

• Graduate students in Science areas are given first priority, based on their graduation grades.
• Graduate students in Arts subjects are given second preference based on their graduation grades.
• Candidates who scored higher on the Language Competency Test and Comprehension Test components of the WAT are given first attention.

What next after Declaration of AIFD Bangalore 2022 Result?

Shortlisted candidates must pay the course registration cost after the results are announced. The course registration cost must be paid within 15 days of the CBT results being published (For UG). Following that, the website will reveal a final list of UG admissions.

AIFD Bangalore Admission Course Registration Fee

In order to enrol in Undergraduate or Postgraduate studies at AIFD, the shortlisted candidates must pay the course registration fee. Please see the table below for the course registration fee.

AIFD WAT Counselling 2022

AIFD WAT counselling process is not conducted. After passing the written exam, the Army Institute of Design publishes a list of selected candidates. Candidates who are shortlisted must pay the institute fee and the hostel charge within a certain time frame. Candidates must also bring the appropriate documentation.

The following documents, in original and photocopies, must be brought by the selected candidates. The original documents are returned to the candidates after admission approval.

Note: Candidates who fail to submit the required documentation and fees will be removed from the competition. Candidates who fail to present original certificates/documents at the time of admission will be given temporary admission to AIFD. Such candidates must, however, present a letter from the heads of their respective institutions attesting to this reality. After that, candidates must provide all original documents within 15 days of receiving their provisional admission to AIFD, otherwise their admission would be terminated

AIFD WAT 2022 Result – Important details

• After receiving the registration money from interested candidates, the institute will announce the final admission list in the first week of October 2022. Candidates must submit money in the form of a crossed demand payable to “Army Institute of Fashion & Design” in Bangalore. Aspirants must pay the admission fee within ten days of the AIFD WAT result 2022 being announced. The institute will deduct the registration cost from the first fee instalment at the time of admission.
• The institute will compile a merit list based on candidates’ performance in AIFD WAT 2022. After the registration fee has been paid, the final merit list will be revealed. Following that, candidates will be admitted to their desired courses based on this merit list.
