What After AIBE XVI (16) Result 2021 is Announced?
After the declaration of the result, the candidates who have qualified AIBE XVI (16) 2021 shall be issued a ‘Certificate of Practice’.
This means that the candidates can practice law in India.
The Certificate of Practice is released after 6-7 months after the declaration of the result. BCI sends COP to the respective state bar council. To obtain COP, the candidates must show their AIBE admit card and fee receipt.

Note that the candidates whose result status shows ‘Fail’ can apply for re-checking of the answer sheet. For re-checking, the candidates have to submit the request within the stipulated time period.
The re-checking request can be submitted via online or offline mode. The candidates have to submit fee in order to submit the request.
