How is AIBE Result 2021 Calculated?
The scores for AIBE are calculated after referring to the answers indicated in the final AIBE answer key. So to calculate the scores, the following marking scheme is used:
- 01 marks are awarded for each correct answer
- No marks are deducted for the wrong answers
In case your result falls in the withheld category i.e. it displays “To be declared later”, then kindly wait as your result would be declared within 7-10 working days and you will be informed through SMS/Email/notification.”

AIBE 2021 Result Re-Checking Request Form and Process
AIBE has provided the facility for the re-checking of their answer sheet are requested. And re-checking requests will be accepted from April 10 to 20, 2021, on payment of Rs. 200. The candidate would be informed about their re-checking result within 7 working days after the application for revaluation is received.
What is a Certificate of Practice?
The Certificate of Practice is issued to the candidates who have qualified AIBE. BCI issues this COP. The COP is sent to the respective state bar councils 6-7 months after the declaration of the result.
The candidates need to appear in person for the collection COPs. Only after the issuance of COP, the candidates will be able to practice law in India.

AIBE XVI (16) Re-Checking of Answer Sheet
Note that the candidates whose result status shows ‘Fail’ can apply for re-checking of the answer sheet. For re-checking, the candidates have to submit the request within the stipulated time period.
The re-checking request can be submitted via online or offline mode. The candidates have to submit fees in order to submit the request.
Steps for Submitting Request via Online Mode

- Then, submit the request and pay the revaluation fee.

About AIBE XVI (16) 2021
All India Bar Examination is an open-book examination that is conducted by the Bar Council of India. It is conducted to judge the advocate’s capability to practice law in India.
