In case your result falls in withheld category i.e. It displays “To be declared later” Then Kindly wait as your result will be declared within 7-10 working days and you will be informed through SMS/Email/notification. ”
The scores for AIBE are calculated after referring the answers indicated in the final AIBE answer key. So to calculate the scores, the following marking scheme is used:
- 01 marks are awarded for each correct answer

AIBE 2021 Result Re-Checking Request Form and Process

AIBE Cut-Off 2021
Every year BCI releases the passing marks that are required by the candidates to qualify AIBE. For AIBE XVI (16) 2021, the official authority has already specified the passing percentage for the disabled candidates.
- Passing marks for candidates with disability: The cut-off passing marks for the disabled candidates is 5% less than the passing marks of the General category.

What After AIBE Result 2021 is Announced?
After the declaration of the result, the candidates who have qualified AIBE XVI (16) 2021 shall be issued a ‘Certificate of Practice’.
This means that the candidates can practice law in India.
The Certificate of Practice is released after 6-7 months after the declaration of the result. BCI sends COP to the respective state bar council. To obtain COP, the candidates must show their AIBE admit card and fee receipt.
This certificate comprises of the following details:

AIBE XVI (16) Re-Checking of Answer Sheet
Note that the candidates whose result status shows ‘Fail’ can apply for re-checking of the answer sheet. For re-checking, the candidates have to submit the request within the stipulated time period.
The re-checking request can be submitted via online or offline mode. The candidates have to submit fee in order to submit the request.
Steps for Submitting Request via Online Mode
- First of all, visit the official website and then, click on the re-checking link.
- Then, submit the request and pay the revluation fee.
The candidates who want to check their answer sheets themselves have to book the time slots to visit BCI premises.

- Download the form and fill it.
- Now, enclose it with the demand draft and send it to BCI.
The candidates are informed about their re-checking result within 7 working days after the application of revaluation is evaluated.
No xerox copy of the answer sheet or answer key is given to the candidates.
About AIBE XVI (16) 2021
All India Bar Examination is an open-book examination that is conducted by the Bar Council of India. It is conducted to judge the advocate’s capability to practice law in India.
